All-On-4 is a full-arch dental restoration that uses just four strategically placed implants to support a complete row of permanent, custom-crafted teeth. It's designed for patients who have lost most or all of their teeth — or who have failing teeth that need to be replaced — and want a permanent solution that doesn't involve removable dentures.
The "4" in All-On-4 refers to four titanium implants per arch, placed at precise angles to maximize bone contact. This technique often eliminates the need for bone grafting, even in patients who have experienced significant bone loss — making it accessible to more patients than traditional implant methods.
Many patients receive provisional (temporary) teeth on the same day as their implant surgery. The final custom arch is placed months later once osseointegration is complete.
